How much does it cost to ship to my country?
Here at SeventhSunStore we post everywhere locally in Australia via Australia Post as well as international shipping to all corners of the globe. Within Australia, postage is absolutely free! Internationally, postage is just $3 for your first item and $1 for each additional items.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept PayPal which is an option that can be selected at the checkout. If you prefer bank transfers shoot us an e-mail at [email protected] or through the Contact Tab. For any other payment methods contact us and we’ll do our best to make it happen!
When will my package arrive?
You parcel will be shipped to you on the next working day after you place your order Please keep in mind that within Australia it may take 2-5 business days and everywhere else it may take 4-20 business days.When will you be restocking a certain item?
All items that are out of stock will be re-stocked in approximately 1-3 weeks depending on the item. Send us an e-mail at [email protected] or through the Contact tab if you would like us to send you an e-mail notification when the item is restocked. Sometimes we have limited edition chokers and necklaces so whether these will be restocked or not will be based on how popular they are.

Refunds and Exchanges?
Keep in mind that all of our products are handmade. If however your product breaks within 14 days of receiving it, send it back to us along with an e-mail and we will repair it free of charge.
Once the package we have prepared for you is handed over to Australia Post it is now not our responsibility to ensure it gets to you. Therefore we do not refund items if they are: Lost, Delayed or Damaged
To ensure that you love the product you buy make sure you check the measurements in the description of the product and choose the right product.
Please check the address you enter at the checkout to make sure it is correct as we ship directly to the address you provide. We will not offer a refund if you provide us with the wrong address.
Please take care while wearing our chokers and necklaces as they are all handmade. Do not wear them when exposed to water as they are not waterproof.
